Located right next to the Lumen apartments, Minhwa Spirits is a cozy café I stumbled upon during their opening event while getting my dog washed nearby — and now it’s officially open for business! 🎉🏡 Drinks: Last time I tried their Ube Latte — creamy, subtly sweet, and utterly delicious. 💜🥛 This time, I opted for their signature Korean Palmer (a lemonade-based drink), which was very light and refreshing — probably perfect for a hot summer day! 🍋⛱️ But if you prefer something richer and more flavorful, the Ube Latte is still my top pick. Ambiance & Vibe: The space is clean, modern, and inviting. There’s plenty of parking, outdoor seating, and — a major plus — it’s pet-friendly! 🐶❤️ They even offer free pet treats at the counter, which definitely scores extra points for pet parents. I haven’t tried their food yet, but with a relaxed setting, friendly vibe, and thoughtful touches like dog biscuits, Minhwa Spirits feels like a lovely spot for a casual coffee break or a light Korean-inspired meal.
