Finally tried Xi Hotpot — and on a Wednesday, no less, when all soup bases are 32% off! How could anyone resist such a deal? 😉🎉 Taste: We went with the spicy broth and tomato broth. The tomato base was especially outstanding — rich, fragrant, and deeply flavorful. 🍅❤️ We ordered a variety of items: the goose intestine and tripe were fresh and crisp, though some other meats didn’t leave as strong an impression. A pleasant surprise was the osmanthus jelly dessert from the sauce station — light, floral, and refreshing. I went back for several bowls! 🍧🌸 Ambiance: Bright, clean, and beautifully decorated — perfect for group gatherings or hosting friends. 🏮🪑 Service: Very warm and attentive. Mid-meal, our induction cooker stopped working, but the staff swiftly helped us move to another table. A slight delay, but handled smoothly and politely. 👍⚡ Verdict: I’d heard comments about prices being on the higher side, but visiting during the Wednesday discount made it very worthwhile.
