Itβs been a year since my last visit β and Lazy Betty continues to impress with its ever-evolving, artfully crafted tasting menu. This time, we chose the 8-course experience, adding a Β½ oz of caviar and a truffle risotto. (Couldnβt fit all the photos, so here are the highlights!) Standout Moments: White Asparagus β sweet, tender, and beautifully prepared. Lambchetta β crispy, crackling skin with succulent meat underneath β absolutely divine! ππ₯ Desserts: The mint granita was refreshing and summer-perfect, while the corn mousse was uniquely delicious. π½π¨ Complimentary Sweet: A delicate Valrhona chocolate shell β such a luxurious finish! π«π Vibe & Pacing: Elegant and intimate, with well-timed service that lets you savor each course. Tip: The 8-course is quite filling β if you have a lighter appetite, the 6-course might be just right. Verdict: An exceptional dining journey that balances creativity, technique, and genuine flavor.
