Finally made it to Chef Wu — and it was well worth the wait! The restaurant is spacious, parking is plentiful, and the vibe is clean and welcoming. Service was quick, too. ⏱️🅿️ What We Tried: Chinese Oil-Splashed Fish — similar to boiled fish, with tender fillets resting on a bed of veggies and bean sprouts. Flavorful and satisfying! 🐟🔥 Mountain-Style Spicy Chicken — crispy, fragrant, almost like popcorn chicken — so savory we thought it was pork at first! A unique and delicious take. 🍗✨ Dry-Fried String Beans & Dry Pot Pork Intestines — both packed with wok aroma and spice. The intestines came with plenty of vegetables, making it a hearty dish. 🥘🌶️ Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Cakes — sweet, chewy, and a perfect finish. 🍯🍡 Verdict: A solid Sichuan spot with bold flavors and generous portions.
