Atlanta Food Guide | Atlanta, How Are You So Delicious?! 🍜🔥

Atlanta, how are you SO GOOD with food?! 😍 Well, it’s all relative — depending on where you’re coming from. I came from DC, a known Chinese food desert 🏜️, so Atlanta felt like heaven 😇! My friend who joined from NYC couldn’t stop praising how affordable and tasty everything was. We only ate out 6 times in 5 days… and looking back, I wish we’d eaten more! Just looking at these photos now makes my mouth water. 🤤 1️⃣ Urban Hai 📍 77 12th St NE suite 7, Atlanta, GA 30309 A Chinese restaurant in Downtown that serves delicious roast duck 🦆. They gave a free soup that tasted like duck blood vermicelli soup — probably made from a seasoning pack, but still tasty! 2️⃣ Bamee Tee 📍 4897 Buford Hwy NE #162, Chamblee, GA 30341 A Vietnamese spot with a wide variety — fried rice, noodles, pho… all amazing! I ordered the Bun Bo Hue (I think it’s pork knuckle noodle soup?) — it comes with round thick noodles, different from regular pho. Packed with toppings and a little spicy 🌶️. Loved it! Also tried a shrimp paste noodle salad — smells funky 🦐, but a must-try if you’re into shrimp paste. 3️⃣ Chili Spot 🌶️ I’ve written a full post about this place — so I’ll keep it short: SUPER TASTY! 😋👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 4️⃣ Hwangso Gopchang 📍 2645 N Berkeley Lake Rd NW STE 130, Duluth, GA 30096 I LOVE beef intestines — didn’t expect to find them in Atlanta! We ordered a set menu. The small intestines were a bit funky, but the large intestines were delicious 😮. Maybe just order the large intestines next time! Also had pork neck, fried rice, and seafood soup — all solid. 5️⃣ Okiboru 📍 3614 Satellite Blvd, Duluth, GA 30096 They serve ramen and tsukemen (dipping noodles). The dipping broth is pretty salty 🧂, but it’s a fun experience if you’ve never tried tsukemen! 6️⃣ Wong Kee BBQ and Peking Duck Restaurant 🦆 📍 5495 Jimmy Carter Blvd # A3, Norcross, GA 30093 Ordered the roast duck and char siu — soooo good!! The owner is from Taishan — authentic and flavorful. #AtlantaEats #AtlantaFood #AtlantaFoodScene #FoodieAdventure
