Atlanta Food Guide | Atlanta, Why Are You So Delicious?! ๐๐ฅ๐คค
Seriously, Atlanta โ why are you so good at food?! ๐ Of course, itโs all relative depending on where youโre coming from. As someone from DC (a known Chinese food desert ๐๏ธ), I was blown away. My friend from New York couldnโt stop raving about the great prices and amazing flavors. We ate out only 6 times in 5 daysโฆ and honestly, I still wish Iโd eaten more! Just looking at these photos makes my mouth water. ๐ 1๏ธโฃ Urban Hai ๐77 12th St NE suite 7, Atlanta, GA 30309 A delicious Chinese restaurant downtown with roast duck ๐ฆ. They even gave us a free soup that tasted like duck blood vermicelli soup (probably from a seasoning pack, but still tasty!). 2๏ธโฃ Bamee Tee ๐4897 Buford Hwy NE #162, Chamblee, GA 30341 A Vietnamese spot with a huge menu โ fried rice, noodles, phoโฆ all amazing! I ordered the Bun Bo Hue (spicy pork knuckle noodle soup ๐) โ thicker round noodles, loaded with toppings and a hint of spice. So good! Also tried the shrimp paste noodle salad โ funky smell but great if you love shrimp paste! ๐ฆ 3๏ธโฃ Chili Spot Iโve written a full post about this place โ but in short: incredibly tasty Sichuan food! ๐ถ๏ธ๐ 4๏ธโฃ Hwangso Gopchang ๐2645 N Berkeley Lake Rd NW STE 130, Duluth, GA 30096 A Korean spot specializing in beef intestines! ๐ I love gopchang โ the small intestine was a bit funky, but the large intestine was delicious. Recommend ordering ร la carte instead of the set. Also tried pork neck, fried rice, and seafood soup โ all solid! 5๏ธโฃ Okiboru ๐3614 Satellite Blvd, Duluth, GA 30096 A great place for ramen and tsukemen (dipping noodles) ๐! The broth is salty (as expected), but itโs a fun experience if youโve never tried dipping noodles. 6๏ธโฃ Wong Kee BBQ and Peking Duck Restaurant ๐5495 Jimmy Carter Blvd # A3, Norcross, GA 30093 Their roast duck and char siu (BBQ pork) are absolutely fire! ๐ฅ The owner is from Taishan โ authentic and flavorful. #AtlantaEats #FoodieGuide #AsianFoodATL #DuluthEats #AtlantaFoodScene #EatYourHeartOut
