Atlanta Food Review π½οΈ
I arrived in Atlanta on Independence Day morning and tried three restaurants β here are my honest thoughts, starting with my favorite! β€οΈ Urban Hai π€©πππ₯° Super highly recommended! After visiting the Georgia Aquarium, we found this place just a 10-minute drive away in Midtown. The photos on Google Maps didnβt look appealing at first, but the high ratings convinced us to give it a try β and weβre so glad we did! The restaurant is spacious, clean, and bright, with friendly and welcoming staff. They were even playing Zhao Weiβs songs from the classic Chinese drama , which brought a touch of hometown nostalgia πΆ. We ordered four dishes and one soup β each one was delicious, and the service was quick! Boiled Beef: Medium spicy, aromatic, with incredibly tender meat. Thai-Style Crispy Eggplant: A delightful surprise! Sweet, sour, and crispy β it tasted like flavorful fried potato strips but even better. Perfect for waking up a tired appetite. Crispy Fried Pork: Thinly sliced, juicy, and perfectly crunchy. Steamed Fish Fillets with Soy Sauce: Fresh, tender fish served with bok choy and scallions β a harmonious combination. Duck Soup ($3!): A flavorful broth with a hint of sweetness from goji berries, along with vermicelli and duck meat. The chef is Chinese, and the servers (possibly from Southeast Asia) were cheerful and even sang along to the music. Cumin Lamb Noodles: Generous portion of tender lamb with a strong cumin flavor. A bit too spicy for me, but delicious!
