Atlanta Holiday | Semi-Reduced Fat Plog
My three-day mini-escape in Atlanta has come to an end. Although it was a journey of “shopping and eating,” I actually paid attention to having nutritious and satisfying meals. So I call it a “semi-reduced fat state,” which I think is quite appropriate. 🍳 Breakfast: High fiber + fat + protein, a nutritious start to the day. A big bowl of oatmeal, topped with pumpkin seeds, nuts, chocolate chips, and banana. Plus two perfectly portioned egg bites with a great egg white to yolk ratio. 🦀Top 3 Atlanta Snack Recommendations: Pork Offal Hangover Soup (Highly Recommended!) One sip and your stomach feels instantly soothed. Duck Xiao Wei’s Potato Vermicelli + Duck Gizzard Combo! Not Recommended but Worth a Try if You’re Craving: Durian Pancake & Kè Chuàn Jiāng Hú BBQ: Not particularly impressive, but just right for satisfying cravings during a trip. 🥣 Dinner: Late-night supermarket snacks: Red bean fish cakes + cold marinated squid, paired with Yakult soju + plain rice wine. It’s the little indulgences that make my working life more enjoyable! Over these three days, I didn’t strictly monitor my weight, nor did I stress about what I ate or drank. Because eating happily and not overindulging is already the rhythm of life I love. #WantedToRecordThisMoment #ThisTemplateIsSomething #Atlanta #Dessert
