A long-standing favorite in Duluth โ 678 Korean BBQ comes highly recommended by Korean locals! ๐ฐ๐ทโจ We ordered the Combo S (4-person set) with beef and pork: ๐ฎ Beef: Seasoned Galbi, Beef Brisket, Rib Eye, Seasoned Beef Finger ๐ท Pork: Seared Pork Belly, Pork Jowl, Pork Neck ๐ Set also includes: Korean noodle soup, tofu stew, and plenty of banchan (side dishes). You can also ask for free add-ons like garlic slices, shredded green onion, and large lettuce leaves for wrapping โ just remember to request them! What really stands out here is the charcoal-grilled aroma โ that smoky, savory scent makes every bite extra special. My personal favorites: Rib Eye, Seasoned Beef Finger, and Pork Neck โ all tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Pork Jowl is great if you enjoy a chewier texture.
