Atlanta Restaurant Review | Tofu Workshop
💛I finally got to visit Tofu Workshop (it's been a long time coming for this note)! Although it's a bit pricey, the quality is definitely guaranteed, especially after my terrible experience at Tofu House (no intention to bash one while praising the other). I ordered a few of their signature dishes that are not commonly found in other Korean restaurants. 💛The Buckwheat Pancake: The pancake skin is crispy, and the filling is pork and kimchi. It's very fragrant and delicious. If you're tired of dumplings, this is a great alternative. 🐷Oyster and Seaweed Tofu Soup: This bowl is full of the rich aroma of seaweed and surprisingly no fishy smell. The oysters are quite generous in size. It's a clear soup, very refreshing and tasty, and you can really taste the bean flavor. 🐮Mushroom Tofu Soup: I was craving mushrooms, so I ordered this one. As a meat lover, I was a bit hesitant about a clear, vegetarian soup, which isn't really my style. But it was really delicious and perfect for a warm, stomach-soothing, and healthy mood. 🐟Their side dishes are quite diverse. There's a special sauce for dipping cabbage that you can get refilled as much as you want, solving the problem of not enough vegetables in Korean meals. The interior of the restaurant is very beautiful, combining natural and industrial styles. There are films projected on the walls, very Korean and artistic. The artificial tree with hanging lights in the atrium is great for photos. 📍 2180 Pleasant Hill Rd Unit D, Duluth, GA 30096 #GlobalVillageFoodReviewContest #AmericasFeast #AtlantaEatingAndDrinkingGuide #AtlantaRestaurantReview
