This week’s restaurant adventure led me to a special Persian gem. The owner was formerly a chef at Rumi’s before opening his own spot—and the experience did not disappoint! 🍖 Lamb Shank — Fall-off-the-bone tender, aromatic, and rich in flavor. Served with warm, fluffy naan—perfect for soaking up every bit of sauce. A must-order! 🔥 Beef Kabobs — Traditional Persian skewers, charred on the outside and juicy inside. The grilled vegetables—especially the pineapple and mushrooms—soaked up the meat’s savory juices and were absolutely delicious. If you’re looking to explore something flavorful, hearty, and beautifully spiced, Sufi’s offers a wonderful introduction to Persian cuisine.
