Atlanta Zoo and Botanical Garden

🌞 9:00 AM - Atlanta Zoo In the African Savannah area, the giraffe family strolls leisurely, while the stripes of the zebras look like flowing piano keys under the sunlight. In the tropical rainforest area, the capuchin monkeys will suddenly swing over your head from the vines, almost making me drop my phone in surprise. πŸ’‘ Tips: βœ… Arrive before 9:00 AM for parking; have $12 cash ready. βœ… Wear comfortable athletic shoes! The brick paths in the zoo can be tiring on your feet. βœ… Don’t miss the red pandas in the Asian Forest areaβ€”they have the cutest, fluffy tails! 🌿 1:30 PM - The Enchanted Forest of the Botanical Garden A 15-minute drive to the downtown Botanical Garden feels like stepping from an animal kingdom into an Alice in Wonderland dream! The rare orchid species in the Orchid Center are like a spilled palette of colors. I squatted in the glass greenhouse to take a side profile photo, and my friends said it looked like a scene from a Hayao Miyazaki movie. Walking through the Japanese garden, maple leaves rustled and fell into the koi pond. Standing on the 180-meter aerial walkway, I felt like a bird perched on the treetops, overlooking the entire forest. πŸ’‘ Tips: βœ… The light in the Orchid Center is softest in the afternoon, perfect for taking clear photos even with just a phone. βœ… The benches next to the Earth Goddess statue are a hidden gem for photos, with a flower wall as the background. βœ… On Thursday evenings, there are open-air concerts. If you have time, stay until dusk. #AtlantaTravelTips #Zoo #BotanicalGarden #IsTheAtlantaZooFun
