Finally got to eat at Anzu! I specially crossed half of the Central Business District (CT) to meet up with Dingding Yang Zai for this meal [ R]. As it turns out, this trip was totally worth it—the taste was absolutely amazing, and it really lived up to my expectations! The moment I walked into Anzu, I was drawn to its Japanese fusion atmosphere. The warm yellow lighting paired with minimalist wooden decor is cozy and stylish✨. I struggled to order for a long time because every dish looked and sounded so tempting, so my friend and I simply ordered several dishes to share, and every bite hit the spot. Whether it's the fresh sashimi platter🐟 or the crispy yet tender tempura🍤, you can taste the high quality of the ingredients and the chef's care; even the seemingly simple grilled dishes are so fragrant that you can't stop eating, thanks to the perfect seasoning and cooking temperature. Eating and chatting with good friends, the joy is doubled with great food and company～ Highly recommended to friends in Auckland—Anzu is definitely a hidden gem restaurant worth a special visit.
