Impeccable.
Went in for a quick bite and was thoroughly impressed with what I had.
A photo can speak a thousand words so it's amazing to capture all of those stunning colours and hues on a plate. The presentation here is extremely well thought out and looks spectacular.
As someone who doesn't usually have Sashimi, I was impressed with what I was served. So, it must be said that this review needs to be taken with a splash of soy (or a grain of salt).
The Sashimi (Sashimi Bowl, $25) had a wide range of nuance flavours which complemented each other. I could taste a very light soy and subtle Wassabi like flavour which did not overpower any elements of the sashimi.
Sides (Baos, $13) were reasonable and were very filling. Not as unique as the Sashimi but helped with adding some texture to the main dish.
Service was great. The staff were extremely friendly. However, bare in mind that this establishment is on the smaller side so it might be difficult to grab a spot. If it gets busy, I can see that orders might take a long time to be filled.
Overall, Extremely delighted with the experience here and it's definitely a place to check out if you are...

My wife and I stopped by after work on Tuesday because she was craving fresh sashimi and their popular jjambbong (Korean spicy noodles).
We ordered the red prawn, scallop, and salmon sashimi bowls, plus the prawn jjambbong. The portions were just right for the two of us.
I loved how beautifully the bowls were presented, it felt like eating sushi, but with each piece laid out separately. Each scoop was like a perfect bite of sushi. The rice was sushi rice, nicely balanced with a hint of sweetness and tang. The sashimi was fresh, flavourful, and satisfying.
The jjambbong was a pleasant surprise. We went for medium spice, and it was perfectly balanced, not too spicy or salty. The cabbage and onions blended well and complemented the sashimi bowls nicely.
The restaurant isn't big, but the seating was comfortable for the two of us. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service.
Highly recommend checking...

We stopped by Anzu during our honeymoon after finishing our South Island trip — we were craving something hot and spicy after days of Western food, and this place was perfect! The Beef Jjamppong was actually better than what I’ve had in Korea, and the spice level was just right.
The Unagi rice bowl was soft, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. You can tell the chefs are true professionals — they even have their certificates displayed up front.
If you’re Korean or just love Asian food, you’ve got to try Anzu. Can’t wait to come back before we leave the...
