Heard Chino Hills is like βLittle Switzerland,β so we came for a weekend trip! The scenery along the way was beautiful, and the local vibe was super chill! For lunch, we picked a sushi spot nearby. The menu said: 11:30 AM β 3 PM: $33.99 We figured, βWeβre already here,β so we went for the sashimi-included High quality, generous portions, and beautifully presented! Even after eating a lot of sashimi, no stomach issues the next day β that means fresh ingredients! π Salmon sashimi was amazing! They put sauce under the sashimi β so flavorful. π Their hand rolls are packed full β seafood with cucumber, light and refreshing. π Baked mussels with cheese β so aromatic and tasty. π Crawfish and squid rolls loaded with toppings, rice wrapped around avocado β so satisfying. π All kinds of sashimi and nigiri β shrimp, scallops, fish β fresh and sweet. π Their yakitori skewers were great too β chicken, beef intestine, squid, scallops β all well-seasoned. π Best part: The rice under the sushi is tiny, but the sashimi on top is huge! You wonβt fill up too fast β can order more variety! π Grilled mushrooms β so fresh and juicy. π Miso soup was delicious β I had two bowls! π Two menus β just mark what you want. β¨ Service was super fast and friendly β they kept checking if we wanted to order more. So nice! β¨ We left stuffed and happy β amazing value. Will definitely come back!
