Bakersfield Cuisine | A Hidden Gem of a Korean Restaurant
Some time ago, I drove back to the Bay Area from Las Vegas. When passing through Bakersfield, I had a meal at a Korean restaurant called Crazy BBQ. ππ The name of the restaurant sounds a bit strange, but the taste was unexpectedly delicious.ππ It was so good that I still want to write a post to recommend it even after two months.ππΌ πBeef Short Rib Tofu Soup: There are two beef short ribs in the soup.βοΈ After serving, the staff will help cut the meat off the bones and cut it into small piecesπ³π³ The beef is very tender and the soup is rich. Highly recommended. Kimchi Fried Rice: As shown , both the taste and the seasoning are great. There is a generous amount of kimchi in it. Even at the end of the meal, there was still a lot of kimchi left. The cost of kimchi shouldn't be high.π»π» I don't understand why some Korean restaurants in the Bay Area only put a little bit of kimchi in their kimchi fried rice.ππ πFried Chicken:π Shown it, the skin is crispy, and the chicken is tender and juicy.πΈπΈ Both the Spicy and Garlic sauces are delicious.
