Bakersfield Food Gem | A Hidden Korean Spot

A while ago, on a road trip back from Las Vegas to the Bay Area, we stopped by Bakersfield and tried this Korean restaurant — Crazy BBQ 🍖. The name might sound a bit quirky, but the food was surprisingly delicious — so good that even two months later, I still feel like sharing it with everyone! 👉 Beef Short Rib Tofu Soup Came with two generous beef short ribs. The staff helped cut the meat off the bone and scissor-cut it into bite-sized pieces 🥩✨. The beef was super tender, and the soup was rich and flavorful — highly recommend! 👉 Kimchi Fried Rice Great texture and well-seasoned — they didn’t hold back on the kimchi! There was so much left even at the end 🥢. Not sure why some Bay Area Korean spots are so stingy with kimchi in their fried rice… 🤏🧐 👉 Fried Chicken Crispy on the outside, juicy and tender inside 🍗.
