๐Ÿšจ Baltimore Food Review | Nanami Cafe โ€“ A Disappointing Experience

We originally planned to eat at Broadway Hotpot, but it was closed until the 19th ๐Ÿ˜…. So we decided to try Nanami Cafe, a Japanese restaurant run by Vietnamese owners near the harbor. Sadly, it was a major letdown. Hereโ€™s why: ๐Ÿ“ Address: Next to the lobster roll stand in the Inner Harbor area ๐Ÿข Food Review: Takoyaki (Octopus Balls): Small-sized, decent taste โ€“ but nothing special. Teriyaki Beef: A tough, overcooked steak drowned in teriyaki sauce. So chewy it hurt my teeth! ๐Ÿ˜– Beef Yakisoba: Basically instant noodles with a few slices of dry beef โ€“ not worth $20. Youโ€™re better off making this at home. ๐Ÿ’ Service: The younger waiter was polite, but the manager was unprofessional. They didnโ€™t ask if we wanted separate checks โ€“ and when we requested it, they said we shouldโ€™ve asked earlier. The staff rarely checked on us but cleared plates quickly. When we questioned their service, they became defensive and rude. ๐Ÿ’ฐ Price & Value: Overpriced for low-quality ingredients. A friend spent $95 on a combo and said the sashimi was cheap and tasteless. Youโ€™re better off going to an AYCE sushi spot! ๐Ÿšซ Final Verdict: Skip this place! If youโ€™re near the harbor, just walk next door for a lobster roll ๐Ÿฆž or try another restaurant. #BaltimoreEats #FoodFail #SkipThisPlace #NanamiCafe #JHU #FoodReview
