Predominantly white neighborhood 👨👩👧👦 Clean, quiet streets (especially before semester starts) JHU campus = safest bubble with gorgeous greenery 🌳 "Came paranoid after midnight... saw people blazing 🍃 and passed a shooting scene. Those flickering streetlights in poor areas? Chilling." ⚓ Inner Harbor ✅ Daytime vibes: Lively atmosphere 🎡 Sparkling harbor views 🌊 Left before dark (smart move!) ⚠️ Reality check: Within minutes of leaving, a "window washer" 🧽 approached our Uber Our Black driver = free pass (he backed off) "Non-Black drivers?
