Barbecue | A trip to Texas is worth it just for the barbecue
🌊Texas barbecue is so delicious that you wouldn't notice if someone died next to you... It perfectly embodies the concept of large portions, great taste, and high cost - effectiveness... p2 - 4 Texas Roadhouse, average cost per person $27. When in Texas, you have to visit Texas Roadhouse. (But I've heard that it's actually a specialty of Arizona?) 🌟The fried onion rings are the MVP of the whole meal... The outer shell is crispy, and the inside is juicy onion. They go perfectly with the Cajun sauce, and you just can't stop eating them. I ordered the steak medium - well, but it felt a bit overcooked. I might prefer it medium - rare or medium. However, the rib eye is still very flavorful! 🌷The pork chop wasn't as impressive as the steak... By the way, the little bread rolls are just so delicious! I even asked for a doggy bag when I left. 🥰Pecan Lodge, average cost per person $27. The barbecue I had on my first day in Dallas! I chose brisket, pork ribs, and burnt ends. My favorite was the brisket... It was so juicy, tender, and not too salty! Many people recommended the burnt ends, but I found them a bit tough and couldn't quite get the appeal. The pork ribs were great, though! #Texas barbecue #Texas barbecue restaurant #Barbecue #American barbecue #Daily life in the United States #Dallas cuisine
