I recently had the pleasure of dining at Texas Roadhouse in Mesquite 3 nights in a row, and I must commend the incredible customer service and delightful experiences provided by three outstanding servers: Noel, Payton, and Ray Ann.
Noel was my first server, and his attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out. Noelās extensive knowledge of the menu and his keen attention to detail made for an exemplary dining experience. He epitomizes Texas Roadhouse's motto, "Legendary Food & Legendary Service." Noelās dedication to his role and commitment to providing top-notch service is genuinely commendable.
Payton is another server who left a lasting impression on me and my family. Her personable and super-friendly demeanor made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The first time I noticed Payton, she warmly wished us an awesome night after our meal, a gesture that showcased her genuine care for guests. The second time, when she noticed my discomfort at a booth, she promptly took action, guiding me to the host stand and ensuring I got a more comfortable table. Despite not being my server that evening, she checked on me throughout the night, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
Ray Ann also deserves recognition for her exceptional service. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude added to the overall positive experience at Texas Roadhouse. Ray Annās dedication to providing high-quality service was evident and greatly appreciated.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Ariana "Ari" who stopped by to make sure I was having an incredible dining experience. Ari proudly spoke of her team and how they work hard to be prime examples of the company's Core Values.
Noel, Payton, and Ray Ann exemplify Texas Roadhouseās core values of Passion, Partnership, Integrity, and Fun with Purpose. These values form the foundation of the company, fostering an environment of respect, appreciation, and fairness. Their commitment to these values not only enhances the dining experience but also reflects positively on Texas Roadhouse as a whole.
In conclusion, my experiences with Noel, Payton, and Ray Ann have been nothing short of amazing. Their exemplary service and dedication to their roles truly embody the spirit of Texas Roadhouse. I look forward to many more visits and highly recommend this location for anyone seeking a dining experience filled with exceptional service and legendary food.
Great job to the entire team at Texas Roadhouse...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe attempt at on-deck seating here is failing and getting worse. We were here two nights ago and it was horrible. At least 20 parties were notified of a table being ready at the same time to come in and wait. The chaos that followed was ridiculous as people could not make it all the way in the doors to wait for their name to be called, people couldn't be seated fast enough to accommodate the next wave of people being notified, there was no place to stand, and the hosts generally had no communication with each other and no idea what they were doing. Seemingly no management oversight to help. We were notified from our car to come in and be seated. We walked into the foyer and checked in with the host there. She told us to head in saying "your ticket was printed" and we'd be called shortly. We were a party of 2. We proceeded to be cramped like cattle with 55 other people waiting to be called. Four other 2 tops came in after us and were called to be seated. After thirty minutes of standing there waiting when our table was supposedly ready, we finally asked a host inside to check and make sure we were on their list to be called. She didn't even bother to ask our name, just said "you'll be called soon". We waited another 10 minutes and then asked a different host. She said "oh you weren't checked in". She checked us in, printed our ticket and we were called shortly after. A party next to us said they recieved their text to come in and be seated an hour ago and they were still standing there. On-deck seating is a great tool but this location needs a retrain. The older woman who walked us to our table slammed the silverware down. I was waiting away from the table to give her a clear exit out of the area and she jerked her hand towards the seat rudely gesturing me to sit down. Following that, the service we recipe was uncharacteristically terrible. Our server clearly did not want to be there. Food did not come out right, and we requested missing items when the server who ran our food asked what else we needed. She did not bring items. 15 minutes later our server appeared. My husband requested a sauce and bottle Ketchup. Our server brought the sauce. My husband attempted to request Ketchup again and our server replied "yeah I heard" and walked away. He never brought Ketchup. No pre-bussing, no refills, no check ins other than the one. This is not the norm here but has been happening more frequently. It was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ā¤ā¤ā¤ coming to Texas Roadhouse! It is one of our favorite steak houses. Everything is so very consistent in service, flavor, and the taste and cook of their steaks. Our main location is the Mesquite area and their service and staff are great, of all the times we have been here there has only been one misunderstanding with a not as friendly wait staff but all the other times all the waiters have been helpful, attentive, and very friendly. The food from start to finish is awesome. We always enjoy the shelled salted peanuts as we wait for our table or even at our table. The fresh and hot rolls in the basket with the sweet butter is so bomb and you really have to pace yourself because they are addicting! My husband always always gets the same meal the 10oz Ribeye cooked medium with Shrimp combo with double broccoli, double steamed. And I mostly get the same 10oz Ribeye cooked medium with house salad and chose of a second side which I mix it up every time. The flavor of the steak is consistent every time, I'm not sure if it's the seasoning or if it's just the grill but the steak always comes out juicy, tender, and great seasoning. The house salad is even great, this is one of my fav sides. The buttered corn and rice this go round were really good, it was my first time trying them. Their ribs are also yummy! You get so full that you cannot order dessert hahaha but one day I would love to try their dessert to see how good it is. Pro-tip: Since they are always packed and the wait list is so long, down load their app and you can check how long the wait list is and put your party on there so that you don't have to wait the entire time at the restaurant. It will tell you what time to arrive by, you go to the hostess stand and they will still give you your pager but normally you are only waiting between 2-10 mins tops. And first time download, I believe you get to redeem a...
