Barcelona's Most Delicious Meal at El Glop Gaudí 🌞🍽️
I actually had this meal twice in two days, at a very tasty restaurant near the Sagrada Familia. Since arriving in Barcelona, my daily routine has changed to two meals a day, and this place can be considered the best restaurant I've eaten at so far. Seafood Paella: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 20€ Unlike the black squid ink seafood rice, this version has less garlic flavor, but it's really delicious. It has a stronger tomato aroma and a bit of sourness, but the amount is just right. The rice absorbs the seafood and the original soup perfectly, with just the right saltiness. It comes with a crayfish, a red shrimp, cuttlefish chunks, clams, mussels, and shrimp, all very fresh ingredients. Iberian Pork Chops: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 19€ This dish is amazing no matter where you are. Two large Iberian black pork chops, with a perfect balance of fat and lean meat. The surface is grilled to a nice char, while the inside is tender. The fat is not greasy, and the lean meat is not dry. If I were to describe the fat part with a Chinese palate, it's like the fatty part of Xinjiang red willow lamb skewers after removing the lamb's mutton flavor, grilled to a fragrant crisp. This dish is flawless in every way. Sangria: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 3€ It's a mix of fruit juice and red wine, need I say more? Everyone should have a glass, and some tables even order a liter. Lemonade & Wine: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 3€ I forgot the name, but it's a mix of lemon juice and red wine. The single glass is larger than the sangria, but it's not too sweet. It has a bit more of the lemon's sourness and astringency, which makes it very refreshing and not hard to drink at all. 🌟🌟 Average Cost per Person: 20-25€ #Barcelona #BarcelonaFood #BarcelonaExplore #SagradaFamilia #BarcelonaGuide #Foodie #EuropeanFood #Spain #SpanishLife #SpanishFood #SpanishRestaurant #BarcelonaRestaurant
