Barcelona | Casa Bangla serves delicious curry and cheese-garlic naan
🌟🌟This restaurant is a place my friend brought me to for the second time. If you’re a fan of spicy food and love curry, you should definitely give it a try 🥲. Located in an area with a high concentration of Indians, the exterior environment isn’t much to look at, and you have to navigate through a small alley to get in. But the inside is clean and bright, the service staff are very nice, and the food is served at a decent pace. 🌟🌟The fried rice tastes a bit like Yangzhou fried rice, not too heavy, and quite to our liking. 🌟🌟You can blindly order the curry or take the staff’s recommendations. The curry here is super aromatic, perfect for pairing with naan or rice. Just be aware that if the spiciness level is marked as “muy picante,” it’s seriously hot. I’m not a fan of lamb because it can be gamey, but the dishes here don’t have that gamey smell at all. The fried items are relatively average; they’re okay to try but not outstanding. It’s better to prioritize the curry. 🌟🌟The cheese naan is better than the garlic naan. The naan here is soft, not the dry, crispy kind (I’ve had crispy naan at another Indian restaurant before, which was harsh on the throat). 🌟🌟For drinks, you can try the mango lassi, which seems to be a specialty drink. #IndianCuisine #Curry #BarcelonaFood
