Bassett Street Brunch Club – Decent… But Not Worth the Hype?

Conveniently located across from Domain and easy to pop into — I’ve been here twice, but honestly… it didn’t quite win me over 😅 The food is okay — stylish plates, fun pancake options, and decent coffee — but nothing that made me say “WOW.” In the end… I’d still rather wake up early and take the bus all the way to… LA BRIOCHE TRUE FOOD!!! 🚌💨🧇 (Now THAT’S the real brunch MVP in Madison 😍👑) Bassett is fine if you’re nearby and craving avocado toast or a mimosa — but it doesn’t beat the cozy, authentic, buttery goodness of La Brioche.
