Went to Costco on the west side today and decided to try Trio Ramen for lunch! 🛒🍜 I’d heard about this place before, but it’s a bit far—so glad I finally made the trip! 😊 With Ramen Kids and Morris Ramen closed on campus, Trio Ramen now ties with Strings Ramen for first place in Madison’s ramen scene! 🏆 (Sorry, Ramen Station and Asian Noodle—you’re trailing behind now. 😅) Here’s what we ordered: 🍜 Base Ramen ($13.95) – Customizable! Broth: Tonkotsu / Miso / Shoyu / Vegan Protein: Pork belly / pork loin / chashu / fried chicken cutlet / grilled chicken / shrimp / tofu Toppings: Green onions, napa cabbage, etc. 🐖 Tonkotsu + Pork Loin + extra fish cake 🐷 Tonkotsu + Pork Belly + grilled shrimp + soft-boiled egg 🥚 🍗 Karaage ($9.95) – Classic Japanese fried chicken—crispy and juicy! 🥣 Seasonal Soup – Forgot to snap a pic! It was okay, but I’d rather have mochi next time. 🧋 Bubble Tea ($5.95) – Yes, they serve too! (On a separate drink menu.)
