Originally from Santa Cruz, Mad Yolks has made its way to San Jose! 🍔✨ The vibe is like a classic American brunch spot, focusing mainly on fried chicken sandwiches and breakfast burgers—menu is simple but solid. I tried their fried chicken sandwich, and the chicken was seriously juicy and well-seasoned. It’s a hefty portion too—I left completely stuffed! 😋🍗 Also sampled their new drink: fresh coconut water with matcha foam. The coconut water was a bit too sweet for my taste, and the matcha foam could have been richer. I personally prefer a slightly bitter, stronger matcha flavor. 🥥🍵 Overall, a satisfying spot if you’re craving a hearty sandwich.
