Beautiful hotel in San Juan

🌴I had the most incredible stay at Hotel Palacio Provincial last week. I've stayed at various other properties in San Juan, but I wanted to try something new. The hotel is beautifully maintained and located right in the center of everything. 🌴I’d like to acknowledge Kiara, who went above and beyond in every way—she made my mother and me feel not just like hotel guests, but like we were at home. 💦She has that rare talent of not only assisting with whatever you need but anticipating it before you even ask. ⭐ Even after checkout, Kiara welcomed us at the bar, where we enjoyed wonderful conversations about the island, its history, and culture. It’s that personal touch that turns a trip into a lifelong memory. 🎋I also want to highlight Andy at the rooftop pool—she was an absolute delight.
