Beautiful Plazas in San Juan

🌓Plaza de Armas: This is a main square in the town that you’ll likely stroll through. It’s also a popular gathering spot for locals on weekends to celebrate festivals and events. 🌓It’s an open-air space flanked by Marshall's department store, commercial shops, and Wendy's on each side—and it’s not even that large. You’ll find people here, not just locals, hanging out both day and night. šŸ”† The Fuente de las Cuatro Estaciones (Fountain of the Four Seasons) is an ironically named statue, as a tour guide pointed out that San Juan really only has two seasons. šŸ’ŽWith official buildings and plenty of places to eat and drink, the square is lively on pleasant days and feels very cozy. 🌈If San Juan were a town, this would be its town square—it has the charming local vibe of a small Spanish provincial capital. ⭐It’s one of the most beautiful parts of Old San Juan: a plaza with a fountain and some great classic architecture around it. The outdoor restaurants were very busy when we were there, and the area was full of people. #Plaza #Fountain #SanJuan
