Big Bear Lake is gearing up to host a one-of-a-kind lighted boat parade and drone show this Labor Day weekend! This Sunday, visitors to Big Bear are invited to watch a procession of brightly-colored, illuminated boats as they sail across the lake, followed by a 15-minute synchronized drone show. Many travelers will enjoy the three-day weekend with a day trip or multi-day stay at the lake, and Big Bear plans to host them in style with this brilliant nautical procession. Big Bear’s Parade of Lights and Drone Show Spectacular ------------------------------------------------------ ### Parade of Lights The Rotary Club of Big Bear Lake hosts the second annual Parade of Lights featuring over 30 boats adorned from bow to stern with bright, colorful lights. The procession will begin at 7pm at Garstin Island on the west end of Big Bear Lake, sailing along the south shoreline for six miles to end at the Carol Morrison East Public Launch Ramp. It’s anticipated to last for about 2 hours and can be seen all along the south shore, especially from viewing areas like Rotary Park, Pine Knot Marina, Veterans Park, Big Bear Marina, and Meadows Park.
