I thought it would be just an ordinary small restaurant, but the taste totally exceeded my expectations! Several dishes were incredibly fragrant and authentic—some even better than what I’ve tried in Xi’an! 🥯 Roujiamo (Chinese Burger) This version is different from the ones I had in Xi’an—it uses a flaky, pastry-like crust. The outside is super crispy, with a satisfying crunch in every bite, and the layers are well-defined. The meat-to-fat ratio is perfect, and the filling is generous. Though it’s not the traditional “baijimo” style, I really enjoyed this twist! 🍜 Beef Rib Oil-Splashed Noodles This is their signature dish. The beef ribs are huge, slow-cooked until tender—they fall right off the bone. When the hot oil and chili are poured over, the aroma is absolutely explosive! The hand-pulled noodles are wide, thick, and chewy. The spicy fragrance mixed with the beefy richness gets better with every bite. 🍗 Big Plate Chicken The portion is hearty and satisfying. The potatoes are soft and soaked in the flavorful sauce. The noodles are chewy and springy—noodles are definitely their specialty. Mixed together, it’s incredibly delicious! 🌶️ They also offer many other dishes, like the “Three-in-One Mixed Noodles,” Liangpi (cold skin noodles), and different combinations of Roujiamo. You can even upgrade your noodles to Biangbiang style—I didn’t try it this time, but I definitely will next time! Overall Impression: 👉 The flavors were better than I expected!
