came here for the first time today, there's not a lot of good chinese food options in hb so i don't get too many chances to eat it this place is soo00 good!
really authentic northern chinese food. i really recommend getting the hand pulled noodles, they're the perfect thickness and chewiness. i got the oil poured noodles, which were deliciously fragrant. my bf got the mahu beef noodles and really loved it.
for appetizers we got the liang pi, cumin lamb jia mo (kind of like a burger), and cold cucumber. they were all soooo good. liang pi's one of my favs, and they make theirs with sesame sauce. for drinks we got sour plum and honey pomelo. if you like sweet fruity drinks honey pomelo tea is perfect. the sour plum tastes like the actual chinese dried sour plum you can eat, with a hint of herbal medicine flavor. good if you want smth healthy lol
anyways can't recommend this place enough. the owner was really warm and the service was great! she checked on us a few times to make sure everything tasted great and also helped pack our leftovers! they recently renovated and the interior of the store is really...

Oil-Poured Noodle with Braised Beef Rib 5/5 - Very flavorful dish with a complexity to the taste, savory with a light sweetness and citrus subtlety. It came with 2 ribs that had a good amount of meat. The rib meat was very tender and fell off the bone easily. The minimum level 1 spiciness was perfect.
Mahu Beef Noodles 4.5/5 - This dish was very flavorful. The beef was tender and...

Six Alley is a hidden gem for anyone craving authentic Chinese comfort food, especially their signature Biang Biang noodles. The noodles are hand-pulled to perfection—thick, chewy, and with just the right bite. Each dish is bursting with flavor, whether you go for the classic chili oil version or something more hearty like the cumin lamb or tomato & egg toppings.
The spice level is bold but balanced, and the ingredients taste super fresh. Portions are generous too, making it great value for money. I also loved the casual vibe of the place—clean, cozy, and with quick service.
If you’re looking to try real-deal Xi’an-style noodles, this place should be at the top of your list. I’ll definitely be coming...
