😂Bigdash is a dessert shop that specializes in traditional Persian and Middle Eastern sweets and coffee. The shop is quite spacious, making it a comfortable place to chat, read a book, or even work. Currently, there are several branches of Bigdash in the Dallas area. Persian desserts and ice cream have several distinct features: they often include pistachios, feature a variety of coconut-based sweets, have plenty of raisins, and have a strong dairy flavor. Since the region is well-known for its pistachio production, many desserts are garnished with green pistachio kernels. Some Middle Eastern or Persian supermarkets even sell fresh pistachios, which have a very pleasant aroma.😋 🦒The interior is designed with a mysterious purple tone as the base color. One-third of the offerings are ice cream, one-third are bread and pastries, and one-third are cakes. 🐾I wandered around and didn’t know what to buy. Many of the desserts were unfamiliar to me, exquisitely made but looking very sweet. In the end, I bought a box of coconut macaroon cookies. The cookies smelled delicious even through the packaging.
