Birthday Dining Adventure | The Corson Building

Thanks to a family member’s birthday, I had the chance to dine at The Corson Building. Overall, it’s delicious and not expensive, with a beautiful and quiet environment.Personally, I love it! 😍 They offer a la carte on Thursdays and Fridays, with a frequently updated seasonal menu. On Saturdays, there’s a six-course menu, and on Sundays, a four-course menu with two drinks. We went on a Sunday, and the four courses were just the right amount to feel satisfied. The flavors were all good; many Seattle restaurants over-season to make their flavors stand out, but this place offers a balanced and gentle taste, which is great for those who prefer milder flavors. 😊 The first course was a bean dip similar to hummus but with a very different taste, served with olives and focaccia – super delicious! 🥳 Although we unfortunately didn’t get the halibut I was craving (I really wanted halibut 🥹), the roasted chicken was very tender and flavorful. Despite the large pieces of meat, it wasn’t dry, and it came with black rice and various carrots, making it a hearty and satisfying dish. 🍗 Will definitely come back! 🥳 #FoodieLife #WeekendFoodExploration #BirthdayRestaurant #SeattleFood #SeattleLife #HiddenGemRestaurant
