Boating in Austin and Enjoying Tea Three Thousand is Truly Worth It!

It's really worth it to go boating in Austin and enjoy tea at Three Thousand! Take advantage of the current mild weather to visit the areas around Dallas. Last week, I left Dallas immediately after work and drove straight to Austin. Upon arrival, I checked into the hotel and went to sleep right away 💤. The next day, I planned to have a Vietnamese sandwich and Pho before heading to the Rowing Dock for boating. However, I must say, this Vietnamese restaurant is really popular. We had to wait for a long time to get a table. But the food was served quickly. The sandwich was quite healthy, but the two slices of jalapeño inside were really spicy!! My tongue felt like it was on fire 🔥, and I ended up drinking almost two cups of ice water. Apart from the spiciness, everything else was delicious. Then we went to the Rowing Dock. The cost depends on whether you buy an all-day pass or an hourly ticket. We paid $45 after tax for two hours. Fortunately, the weather was cool, with a breeze and some cloud cover 🌤️. Rowing against the wind was a bit challenging 😰. But we didn't feel too hot throughout the trip. We even had some fun water fights with people in nearby boats. When we reached a shallow area, we saw many Americans stopping to have parties. It was quite lively. We also spotted many turtles sunbathing, which was really adorable. Vietnamese Restaurant: 11800 Dessau Rd suite 302, Austin, TX 78754 Rowing Dock: 2418 Stratford Dr, Austin, TX 78746 After the boating, we went to drink tea at Three Thousand. I, of course, ordered my favorite Milk Tea with Taro Ball and Paste. We all love the taro balls at Three Thousand. #Dallas #DallasLife #DallasFood #Austin #AustinFood #AustinEatingDrinkingFun
