🍻 Bold Monk Visit: Amazing Beer & Bites, Service Missed a Beat 😅

My wife and I finally made it to Bold Monk after a long trip — and wow, the place is gorgeous! We were seated quickly, which was great… but then the service got a little confusing. 🫤 First, two different servers came by to ask if we’d ordered drinks — until a third finally took our order. That kind of set the tone for the evening. My wife asked for water with ice and lime… and she got exactly that — ice and a lime, but no water in the glass! 😂 And it never came, even after we asked. When we were ready to leave, we waited ages for the check and eventually just got up and went to the counter to pay. Not the smoothest experience, honestly. BUT — let’s talk about the real stars: the food and beer! ✨ Her burger was juicy, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor. 🍔 I went for the Abbot Sandwich — a pastrami Reuben with German sausage — and it was absolutely incredible! 🤤 The Belgian Beer Flight was a highlight too 🍺, featuring a well-curated selection of their signature Belgian-style brews. And their Brother Ivan Stout? So good, we left with a six-pack! 🧡 So, overall? We’re giving Bold Monk 4 stars — and we’d come back if this was just an off night. The beer and food totally delivered, and the vibe inside is warm and inviting.
