Bologna | Weekend Food Journey

👉We tried three restaurants during our trip:Ristorante Bolognese (chosen for its proximity to the central train station) – €22.5 per person ✅Trattoria del Rosso. La Salsamenteria Bologna (near the Bologna Academy of Fine Arts) – €42 per person (we ordered four main courses) ⭕The second and third left us with a great impression and are highly recommended! The first was just average—we picked it in a hurry for convenience. The ambiance was nice, but the food wasn’t particularly impressive. 💧Here’s what to try in Bologna:Lasagna: The version at the second restaurant suited our taste better. Interestingly, many lasagnas in Bologna are made with spinach pasta, which gives them a green color! 🌈Tagliatella al ragù: The one near the art academy was perfectly balanced—the tomato-meat sauce was just as I’d imagined. 💥Gramigna al ragù di salsiccia: My friend’s favorite! This dish features short, curly pasta (sometimes called "baby pasta") served with sausage ragù. Some versions also include spinach pasta—unique and delicious! 📷Crescentine: A delightful appetizer of fried bread served with ham and cheese. #Bologna #Lasagna #Food
