Bordeaux French Cuisine Melodie Recommendation 🌟🍽️

I saw on the official website that I couldn't make a reservation for a single diner, so I just walked in. It was really delicious! I think it's the best French cuisine I've ever had in France. 🥹🥹🥹 At least this time, both my photo album and I were full (it used to be only the photo album that was full). Appetizer: Salmon with salad 🥗 The salmon was a bit salty, not as good as Norwegian salmon (obviously), but it was still quite tasty, and the portion wasn't small. Main Course: Beef 🥩 It was braised beef, omg it was so delicious, and the mashed potatoes were also great. The beef was super tender, just add some pepper and salt. Perfect. I was already full at this point... the bowl was very generous. Dessert: Apple pie 🍎 This apple pie seemed to be made with fresh apples, dried apples, and canned apples. Served with three creams. It seemed to be freshly made, and it was still warm when it was served, the first time in my life I've had a hot apple pie. Wine: With the mindset that I had to have a drink in Bordeaux, I ordered a glass of pink wine. 17%, a bit strong, it got me tipsy. Set Menu: One portion for 23€ 💶 Not a bad price at all. I got to eat both salmon 🍣 and beef! I didn't dare to call the waiter in the restaurant, so after eating alone, I just stared at the waiter 👀.
