Boston’s American Creative Restaurant

Today, I want to recommend a creative American fine dining restaurant in the outskirts of Boston, about a 25-minute drive from the city center. It’s highly recommended for those of you planning a holiday celebration and looking for a romantic and cozy restaurant away from the bustling city! The menu at 80 Thoreau basically consists of two categories: First Course and Main Course. The concept is to have each person order something different, allowing you to taste four dishes together. First Course: Roasted Beet Salad 🥗 Duck Liver Mousse 🦆 The roasted beet salad is not only paired with sheep’s cheese but also with crispy grain chips on the side, making it very layered and appetizing! The duck liver mousse is particularly special in taste. The dish features a layer of consommé jelly on the surface of the duck liver. When you scoop a bit onto bread and take a bite, the jelly and liver melt together in your mouth, creating an indescribable bliss! Main Course: Seared Duck Breast with Cherry 🦆 Pan Roasted Halibut 🐟 The duck breast is very creative, with the perfectly medium-rare meat complemented by mustard sauce and braised cabbage, which are the soul of the dish. One bite is incredibly satisfying! The pan-roasted halibut is relatively light in taste. The fish is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with vegetables and a slightly sweet and sour sauce, making it delicious! My husband says this restaurant is very popular with locals. He came here a few times with his family when he was young. It’s a restaurant that has been around for a while and has an excellent reputation. The environment and service of the restaurant are also highly recommended. Every server carefully explains the menu, and the atmosphere of the restaurant gives guests a warm and comfortable feeling. I think it’s perfect for family weekend dinners and romantic dinner dates with your loved one! Add this gem of a restaurant to your list now! #RestaurantRecommendation #FoodCheckIn #TreasureRestaurantShare #GlobalEatingSquad #Cuisine #Delicious #BostonLife #FusionCuisine #AtmosphericRestaurant #Boston #BostonLife #BostonFood #BostonExploration #BostonOutskirts #BostonWeekend #Treasure #BostonDayTrips #Delicious #WesternCuisine #Romantic
