As a long-time matcha enthusiast, I tried the Level 5 matcha today—it was a bit too strong for me 😅. Level 4 was just right 👍, with a well-balanced tea aroma and no bitterness ✨. This store's model is very similar to New York's Aoko Matcha, not sure if they're owned by the same person 🤔, but the matcha here in Boston has a more prominent nori flavor, which is a pleasant surprise 🌟! Highly recommend the black sesame flavor 💖—it's incredibly rich and aromatic! The hojicha (roasted green tea) was decent, though not as intense as some specialized shops in New York 🌀, but still pretty good overall~ Matcha lovers will likely enjoy this place 💚, the only downside is the higher price point 💰, even more expensive than similar spots in New York.
