Boston Omakase Review: So Full I Couldn't Move

Arguably the most worthwhile Omakase experience in Boston— Zuma Boston A globally renowned fusion Japanese restaurant located within the Four Seasons Hotel Price: Approximately $275 per person To be honest, it's a bit on the pricier side, but for a fine dining experience, it’s quite reasonable. Especially with this kind of “clearly defined ceiling” pricing, it actually feels reassuring—no need to worry about overspending or surprise charges on the bill 💸 First of all, the course is incredibly generous—this is the only Omakase I’ve ever had that left me completely stuffed! Previous Omakase experiences were usually just right, leaving me about 80% full, but at Zuma, I truly ate to the point of satisfaction (100% full, no problem 👌). Ingredients include: Japanese wagyu beef, tuna, lobster, salmon, cod, edamame, crab meat, truffle, beef tartare, potatoes, and more… There are two beef dishes: one is tender and juicy skewers, the other is wagyu steak with truffle. Zuma is very generous with the truffle, layering it generously over the dish, and the dipping sauce is incredibly fragrant 🥩🍄 The lobster is served as tempura, paired with a sweet and spicy mustard sauce—a delicious and texturally rich dish 🦞 Personally, I found the cod a bit too fatty—it was just okay 🐟 Additionally, the restaurant offers a variety of well-prepared side dishes: edamame, dumplings, mashed potatoes, salad, and more…guaranteed to leave you fully satisfied! 📍 Zuma Boston (Inside the Four Seasons Hotel) #LifeInNorthAmerica #Boston #BostonLife #Omakase #ImmersiveJapaneseDining #Zuma #BostonFourSeasons #BostonFoodAndFun #BostonFood
