🤘 Brick By Brick – A Killer Metal Bar with a Loud Name! 🎸

This is an absolute killer metal bar where you get up close and personal with the bands – I absolutely love it! So glad they finally installed barriers in front of the stage. The only time I didn’t fully enjoy myself (though I still had a blast!) was around 2019, when at a show – I think it was Municipal Waste? – the band yelled, “Everyone on stage!” and I was right up front. I climbed up, jumped off, and avoided getting crushed. Good times! 😅 I’ve seen so many bands here: Orgy, Cold, Dance With The Dead, Visions of Atlantis, Shaggy 2 Dope, Korpiklaani, Alien Ant Farm, GRLwood, Dropout Kings, Lucrecia, Hanabei, Stabbing Westward… and many more! I usually come once a month or more. 🎪🔥 There’s some seating but not much – a bench, a few tables, and some bar stools along the wall. Mosh pits do break out – if you want to avoid them but still be near the front, stick to the left or right of the barrier or by the walls. 🪑🌀 One review mentioned only one way in and out – while that’s true for regular entry, there are actually multiple emergency exits. So in case of a fire, you can get out quickly and safely. 🚪⚠️ Security here is top-notch. They let people mosh and have fun but step in if someone gets violent or seriously hurt. The crowd at this metal bar is also super helpful – metalheads and punks are usually cool people. I once saw a band photographer get their hair pulled – the rude person was removed fast. Customers weren’t happy, security wasn’t either. That kind of behavior is zero-tolerance here, and Brick By Brick has always enforced that in my experience. I feel totally safe coming alone, which I often do.
