Bubble Tea in Kansas City 🧋 | Sip & Stroll Around Town!

After lunch, we wanted a cozy spot to relax — so we headed to Bruú Cafe, a local chain we’d bookmarked earlier. We visited their Country Club Plaza location — a small but popular shop filled with chatter and laughter. It was fun to see American high school girls hanging out over boba, just like back home! 😄 The menu was full of tempting choices: 🍵 Matcha drinks — always a favorite 🔴 Red Bull-infused creations — looked fun and unique 🧋 Thai-style tea — a classic we hadn’t had in ages Their bottled drinks also came in super cute containers — though we weren’t sure why they were still promoting their February Valentine’s special in the middle of the year! 🥤💖 The boba pearls were perfectly chewy and springy — though we’d recommend going with 30% sugar (50% was a bit too sweet for us). Overall, a great experience — we’d definitely come back! 📍 Bonus: The area around the cafe feels like a charming European village, and it’s actually part of a stylish shopping district.
