Tucked right by the main downtown ，its retro vibe is impossible to resist～ 🚶‍♀️ 📍 Henry's Diner 155 Bank St, Burlington, VT 05401 We rolled into Burlington that morning, starving, and wandered around looking for food—this place caught our eye immediately with its American country charm! The red diner-style facade is so eye-catching, and stepping inside was even better: wooden tables, vintage posters, warm yellow lights, and the aroma of bacon and coffee filling the air. It felt cozy and welcoming, like stepping into a small-town diner from a movie～ ☕ My friend ordered the classic Eggs Benedict—when that runny yolk broke, mixing with hollandaise sauce and crispy English muffins, every bite was rich and indulgent～ 😋 I went for the "skillet vermont" from the menu—just the name screamed "signature dish"! It arrived steaming hot: golden fried potatoes, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, tossed with salty bacon bits, alongside a fried egg I’d requested (with white bread on the side). Poking the yolk with a fork, letting it ooze over the potatoes and bacon, then sopping it up with bread—pure carb-and-fat happiness, so delicious I almost licked the plate clean!!🍳 The staff were super friendly too, asking if we were in town for the fall leaves and recommending nearby photo spots for red foliage.
