Burlington Day Trip|These Spots Are Absolute Gems 🥺

Burlington Day Trip|These Spots Are Absolute Gems 🥺 Spent two weekends in a row in Burlington, and was shocked by how many hidden restaurants and attractions this little town has—every spot was a nice surprise~ 👇 📍 Isabelle Restaurant & Lounge The brunch menu is a bit limited, but the food is decent. Definitely want to try the dinner menu next time (it looks way more delicious! 😋). The vibe here is amazing though—right on the lake with killer views🌊. It’s upstairs from a hotel, and the whole place has that sleek, Instagram-worthy aesthetic—so photogenic. 📍 Spencer's At The Waterfront A lakeside restaurant🍴 with a glass house that’s made for photos! Sunlight streaming through the glass + lake views = pure magic. Saw several couples having weddings here💒—total romance overload, felt like the air was sweet. 📍 The Sunshine Doughnut Co. A viral doughnut shop🍩 with super cute, pastel vibes—great for pics, but the taste is just so-so. Worth a stop if you’re nearby, but not a must. 📍 Crema Di Gelato This gelato is fantastic! 🍦 Rich, creamy, with tons of flavors—so good I wanted a second scoop right after finishing the first. Perfect for summer, instant happiness. 📍 Art Gallery of Burlington A small art gallery, but free to enter! The exhibits are limited, but it’s a chill browse. The real star is the gallery shop—so many unique fragrances, and I found my all-time favorite scent here. Snagged it immediately, and it makes my home smell amazing~ 💕 📍 Spencer Smith Park Right across from the art gallery, strolling along the lake here is pure bliss. The views are so calming you’ll want to sit and zone out. Plus, there are so many cute dogs🐕—all super sweet. Bring a picnic blanket, lie on the grass, soak up the sun and breeze—weekend perfection. 📍 Village Square Home to the phone booth📞! There are a few shops around, but not tons to explore. The European-style architecture (cobblestones, colorful cottages) is super photogenic though—great for that “I’m abroad” vibe. 📍 Jake's Grill & Oyster House About a 10-minute drive from the other spots, this seafood gem is a must! They have 4-5 oyster varieties daily—super fresh🦪, though a bit pricey. The seafood chowder is rich and tasty, the lobster pasta is incredible🍝, and the baked snails🐌 are worth a try. Overall, 10/10. #WeekendGetaway#TorontoLife#Toronto#TorontoWeekendSpots#TorontoWeekendGuide#burlington#TorontoBrunch#TorontoFoodAndFun#TorontoLongWeekend
