Burlington Day Trip|Ultimate Guide
Burlington Day Trip|Ultimate Guide 📍 A super useful guide for anyone planning a day or half-day trip to Burlington! The second picture shows the location overview of all attractions. Below is a detailed intro to these five spots to help you arrange your time easily and make the most of your trip~ 😉 1⃣️ Spencer Smith Park 📍Address: 1400 Lakeshore Rd, Burlington 🌟 Free parking! But spots fill up fast on nice days, so go early~ The corn-shaped steel pier is super iconic, stretching into the lake—it’s one of Burlington’s most famous landmarks and perfect for photos📸! 🌟 Don’t miss #Spencer's At The Waterfront nearby! With floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy stunning lake views while dining. It’s magical when the sun shines through~ 🍽️ 🌟 From November 27 to January 8, the Burlington Festival of Lights takes over the park. It’s decked out with lights, turning into a fairy-tale world—so festive~ ✨ 2⃣️ The Sunshine Doughnut Co 📍Address: 439 Brock Ave, Burlington 🌟 This viral doughnut shop has a cute, vacation-ready vibe—perfect for photos! It’s just 350 meters from Spencer Smith Park, so stop by after the park for a sweet treat🍩. There’s parking right in front, super convenient~ 3⃣️ Village Square 📍Address: 418 Pearl St, Burlington 🌟 Paid parking available, about 800 meters (10-minute walk) from the first two spots. Small but lively, with narrow streets full of people chatting—it feels like a cozy European town🇪🇺! Great for photos (you’ll swear you’re in Europe) and takes about 30 minutes to explore. 🌟 Visit in December for Christmas magic! The square gets decked out with lights, trees, and cabins—total winter wonderland vibes🎄! 4⃣️ Kerncliff Park 📍Address: 2198 Kerns Rd, Burlington 🌟 An amazing hiking trail with unique scenery—took tons of photos! Due to word and picture limits, I’ll write a separate post about it. Stay tuned~ 🥾 5⃣️ Smokey Hollow Waterfall 📍Address: 80 Mill St S, Waterdown, ON 🌟 About 12 minutes from Burlington’s lakeside downtown, this little waterfall is a hidden gem~ Free parking (small lot, so arrive early!). There’s a viewing platform by the lot, or you can hike down to the base for an up-close look—so refreshing💦! #TorontoWest#TorontoTowns#LakeOntarioCities#WeekendGetaway#FamilyFriendly#TorontoChristmasSpots
