Highly recommended by Korean friends and now by me too. 😋 We ordered the Original Beef Soup Cold Noodles—the classic choice. The broth is refreshingly light with a perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors. The noodles are wonderfully chewy and springy, just as they should be. You can customize your bowl with yellow mustard and white vinegar available on the table—I strongly recommend adding a bit of mustard for an extra kick! 🌶️✨ We also tried Short Rib Beef and BBQ Pork as sides. Both were tender, well-seasoned, and full of smoky-savory flavor—great complements to the cool, refreshing noodles. A little insider tip: don’t miss their free beef broth!
