Córdoba's Culinary Delights 🇪🇸
Thumbs up for Córdoba's dining scene! 💯 Strolling through the old town, you'll stumble upon Michelin-worthy eateries with incredibly affordable prices, delicious food, and top-notch service. Here are some recommendations for you: 1⃣ Taberna Salinas This place is highly recommended by bloggers and friends. No reservation? No problem! You can still join the queue. If you arrive early, the wait won't be long. They even have a waiting area with a menu for oxtail, which is a must-order. Their signature honey-fried eggplant is sliced, unlike others that serve it in chunks. We were seated in a cozy, four-table private room. 🍽️ 2⃣ Casa Pepe Judería Located in the old town's Jewish Quarter, this restaurant can be booked online. Despite its small storefront, it has a spacious interior with multiple dining areas spread across two floors. We were seated in a covered courtyard, perfect for staying warm. The flamenquín (pork loin wrapped in ham) was generously portioned, even more than at other restaurants. Freshly baked bread and local olive oil were served before the meal. 🥪 3⃣ Casa Rubio No reservation? No worries! You can still join the queue here. We got lucky again with a covered courtyard seating. We finally tried the salmorejo (tomato cold soup), though it wasn't ideal for winter. The Russian octopus salad is a must-order. They also have daily specials; we had seafood paella (unfortunately, it was a bit undercooked). 🍤 🍽️ Córdoba is just so delicious! 😍 #Spain #SpanishFood #SpanishFoodGuide #SpanishLife #FoodReview #Cuisine #Córdoba #CórdobaTravel #CórdobaFood
