Carb Lovers Rejoice! 88BaoBao in Frisco

On a weekend visit to Frisco to see a friend, I decided to try out 88BaoBao for their famous soup dumplings and dumplings. Overall, the dining experience and environment were quite pleasant, and the prices were very reasonable. 👍🏻 Regarding the food, we ordered soup dumplings, Chinese cabbage and pork potstickers, and beef wraps. All three dishes were quite tasty and met our expectations for a standard noodle and dumpling place. However, they just lacked that final touch to make them truly exceptional, which was a bit of a letdown. ✅ Potstickers: The skin and filling were both good, giving the illusion of a smaller portion. If they used a smaller, more elegant plate, the visual appeal would be much better. Adding a crispy bottom to the potstickers would also significantly enhance their appeal and make them look more substantial. ✅ Beef Wraps: The flavor was great! However, the downside was that the wrap, which was made using a semi-fried method, was greasy despite being crispy. This made it a bit heavy on the palate.
