I want to share Recent experience wasn’t so great as it was In the past. Since I really like their food. Delicious. Usually they are friendly and service is good. As customer we pay but expect at least bit of good service. So recently I went there 30 mins to closing due to living far away n traffic. It’s understandable and bad idea to go to a restaurant. Specially “ Asian”restaurant . I admit . And respect their rules. what made me really upset was They will show faces and give this “unique attitude which is very embarrassing for a customer feeling regret that to drive up all the way to eat their fav restaurant food. “ we are gonna close soon”. Yes I got it that. It know. I still tried make it fast already know what to order. Had to stand there wait few min for her to take my order . Wonderful . But anyways . Again never go 30 -40 mins to close Asian restaurants. Food is good always been yumy. Service was good just this one time bad experience created an impression. I had to share to those people who runs late try to eat. Don’t do it ! Maybe do it for to go order . Don’t sit and eat . They literally start cleaning around you. And the waiters /sever avoid looking at you so you don’t ask them for anything else . I tried asking for some spicy and soy sauce. The girl literally avoided to look as I wanted ask her. Anyways both sides fault. The customer shouldn’t go late they will not get a welcoming or better service . And the closing time creates frustration for staff to leave bad impression on a customer someone regular customer like me. Yes I understand they work hard frustrated to finish up and leave for home. So it’s understandable. Just don’t show attitude to the customers. Also the shrimp “ lemon pepper “ was full of salt unfortunately . I will still give them 4star because I...
Read moreGood: this is my new favorite Chinese restaurant with dumplings in the Frisco area. Kitchen Master was my favorite and we would go a few times a month till they changed their recipes, maybe about 1.5 years ago. Take a menu and dry erase marker and mark what you want to eat. Then take your menu up to the cashier to order and pay. They bring out the food to your table as it is ready. You can watch them make the food in the kitchen through a window. It was clean and the atmosphere was a nice casual. You get your own drinks. Most of the food was delicious and portions were a good size. I ordered the individual pork buns that were $2.50 each and it was the size of my palm, maybe a little bigger. They had fried buns with sweetened condensed milk — sounds simple and it is but also not something you get at a restaurant; it is normally at dim sum and my kids loved it. All the white steamed buns we had and the fried buns had a nice sponge fluffy texture. Next time I will have to come back for the hand pulled noodles.
Bad: The custard bun was a little too much egg flavor. The soup dumplings were not very flavorful. When we walked in, a man sitting at one of the tables was the one who greeted us and told us what to do. I don’t know if it was the music or the echo, but I couldn’t hear what he was saying. It would have been nice if he had walked up to where he kept the menus and explained it, but he...
Read moreWe were so excited that there are more one more authentic Chinese food place in Frisco area! However, after the second visit I won’t recommend this restaurant anymore, I will explain below: When they were at soft-open time, I went there ordered the Crabmeat Xiaolongbao, beef noodle soup, and chicken fried rice. Everything we ordered was awesome! Especially the crabmeat Xiaolongbao, they were full of juice with good amount of crabmeat! That’s the main reason we were there the second time with friends. However ! When we went there recently, we ordered both pork Xiaolongbao and crabmeat Xiaolongbao. The two orders of Xiaolongbao tasted exactly the same!! I don’t see or taste any crabmeat in the crabmeat Xiaolongbao, plus I know how it tasted like I first visited, all of our 4 people said they might give us the wrong order. So I talked to the guy who always smile and seems nice…..He told me they didn’t give me the wrong order, because there’s a little piece of carrot on one of so called “crabmeat” Xiaolongbao, that indicates it’s crabmeat in it! And he said they made my order fresh….. after all his words, I’m like I’m done with you, we didn’t have time to argue with him , back in my head I’m telling myself that I just won’t come back.. Besides that, our beef pancake dish feels like deep fried, not pan fried.
I’m very disappointed about the crabmeat Xiaolongbao, that was the main reason we...
