Charlotte, NC, USA | Food Find: Pho Hoa 🍜
Lived in Charlotte for almost 3 years, and I finally tried the legendary top-rated pho spot: Pho Hoa! The restaurant has a bit of a vintage vibe. We arrived at 11:30 AM on a Sunday, and it was already 6-7 tables full. By the time we left, it was bustling with people—if you’re coming on weekends, I recommend arriving early to avoid waiting 😊. Food & Drinks: Spring Rolls: Plump and stuffed with lots of lettuce. Taste is solid, nothing fancy but satisfying 🥢. Vietnamese Coffee: Super authentic! Only downside is it’s $6 a cup—feels a bit pricey ☕. Unlike some spots where the broth is overly salty or heavy, this one is light and refreshing. I added their homemade chili sauce—it was amazing. Got the large size, and it was loaded with tender, juicy beef. The broth even has crispy pork rinds! My only tiny complaint: no pig blood (my favorite addition, which I loved at my go-to spot in Phoenix) 🐷. Steak & Meatball Pho: Clear, mild broth. Tried a sip—it was rich and flavorful 🥩. Saw other tables ordering fried quail, rice platters, and vermicelli bowls—all looked mouthwatering! Overall, this spot is fantastic. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes next time. 📍 Address: 3000 Central Ave, Charlotte, NC 28205 #CharlotteNCUSA #ChineseFoodUSA #CharlotteNCFood #VietnameseFood #Pho #VietnamesePho #LifeInUSA #NorthCarolina #CharlotteTravel #CharlotteEats #CharlotteChineseFood
